Good evening @Meowmy @LostAngel @Daisydreamer @Appleblossom @MDT @Shaz51 @sm678 @TAB @oceangirl @utopia @PhoenixJ @Former-Member @Former-Member @tyme and all forumites here. Well done on your achievements everyone!

I want to apologise for not posting over the last few days. I’ve had a depressive period and I’ve also had a meds issue which is now sorted out. Add to dealing with life and some choices I’ve had to make and life certainly hasn’t been much fun for me lately. I’m back on board now to record some achievements I’m proud of from the past few days. Enjoy!

- I emailed a message to my psychologist to let them know what’s been going on in my life and about my mental health issues which I need help with

- I had a relaxing shower before bed

- I finally got rid of my old car to an auto wrecker and got some money for it

- I finished knitting another beanie snd started another one

- I dealt successfully with a panic attack using knitting as my coping mechanism

- I spoke to my sister about my self harm and suicidal thoughts episodes and explained what it meant for me and how she could help me in the future when I’m feeling this way which she found to be helpful

- I watched the tennis on TV

- I weighed myself and was happy with the result

- I had Singapore noodles for dinner

- I downloaded some more music to my iPhone from Apple Music

- I took time out to rest when I needed to and really enjoyed the experience as part of my self care strategy

Keep those achievements coming in! I really enjoy reading what you each see as achievements and enjoy celebrating them with you🥳!

Take care!

Judi9877☺️💐
