@tonys my friend, after assembling the bed at Bee’s apartment yesterday, I went to North Beach for a swim. @TAB & @ENKELI will know where that is.

 

No life guards there, tide coming in. Woman a bit older than me got herself wedged against some rocks and I had to pull her out.

Only 2 metres away from me. She just couldn’t stand up. I never want to get like that. 
Back to the gym for me.

Maybe I’ll wash the sand out of my hair first?
