@Former-Member thank you so much for your message and sitting with me. Seeing my therapist helped a lot today. I will start EMDR next month to help me with some extended family loss due to my husband's cptsd as well as my extended family own issues. 

We did a little bit of it today tapping into some memories and feelings and I can already feel something is different in me.

With my husband we are still hanging on and I hope we will come out of this together and OK. He does his own therapy with a trauma specialist and we do couple counselling. 

Thank you again for being with me. I am glad you got momentum and can progress through the day. There's a big sense of accomplishment when we tick things off. I can only imagine the challenge that is divorce. I am glad you are here and that you got through it.
