You will see Lauz here and there around the Forums - particularly around Forum events (Topic Tuesday etc), helping people connect with others, and just genally lurking around the place (in a non-creepy way!)

Thanks for the 'whale' of a welcome @NikNik!

I am so excited to be joining the SANE family and to be involved with the friendly community you have all created here.

I thought I would share 3 random facts about me as a lot of you have done over time in your own intros!

• I love flowers and tend to treat myself to a bunch of fresh posies every now and then as they make me feel happy. My favourites would have to be sunflowers, iris’s and peonies…oh, and poppies!
• I am an avid reader – currently I am going through a phase of reading rock n’roll artists autobiographies
• I love Studio Ghibli films – these are whimsical anime movies that are extremely creative. My avatar is a character called Totoro from ‘My Neighbour Totoro’ and I chose him as he is a gentle creature that is part of an imaginative team that is there to support his new friends ☺

Hi @Former-Member! It's nice to 'meet' you 🙂

Your avatar and description of Studio Ghibli films reminded me of Spirited Away, which I haven't seen for ages but loved when I watched it. I'm going to try to remember it for our Friday night family movie this week (I'm so over Trolls now!) because it's pretty great.

And do I like nutella @Queenie? Yes. Yes I do. Very much.

My favourite is just plain white bread with the crusts cut off and a good layer of nutella.YUM!

Yes @Shaz51 I have been warned about @NikNik's nutella love haha! My birthday is on the 10th of April! I am an Aries baby.

@Zoe7 sorry for startling you eariler! I thought I would reply to you re floatation devices here though so you can get back to the crossword over there! I think I am a pretty strong swimmer but I am open to having a handy floation device around....I like starfishes and flamingo's if that helps?

I know @Former-Member definitely has a flamingo stored away with the rest of our flotation devices - not sure anyone has claimed that one yet so it is all yours @Former-Member  Our next party is on next Tuesday 12th. It is World Chocolate Milkshake day but we are going to change it to just 'Chocolate Day". Iwill include you in the invites
