@Kurra - happy to put the recipe up on @Appleblossom 's Munchies thread, but I warn you, it's a bit of work to make them like this ..... so we buy them from a Greek pastry shop.

I have made them before tho ... and it saves a lot of time and effort if you use puff pastry instead of filo pastry layers brushed with olive oil, which is the traditional way.

I don't know where you're all at in Australia, but it seems where I am, winter is slowly making an exist. A hint of spring is in the air! The nights are still cold though, so I'm thinking of having a hearty winter meal with @Jacques soup, some garlic bread and some pasta.
