The Weekly Friday Feast

Re: The Weekly Friday Feast

Oh wow, pumpkin pie newbies

Here a slice for y'all (think of American accent here). It's kind of like a custard tart in that it's sweet and spicey.

125 ml   milk or water     2 tsp cinnamon      1 tsp  ginger   1 tsp allspice

Beat eggs and pumpkin, sugar and spices.

Add milk and stir til smooth

Pie Crust (Lard)

125g lard    1 cup pl flour    1/2 cup SR flour    1 egg   2 tsp lemon juice

Sometimes I just use puff pastry
