That's a great question @Former-Member, and one with a big answer, I've written about 10 000 on this very topic. But in short, it's the capacity to tell stories about oneself, and to make sense of your experience through narrative. This also includes the opportunity to share your story with others. Importatnly, it also means being heard, and feeling like your story matters. Hope that makes sense. 
@Mazarita can we virtually swap places? 12 degrees sounds balmy in comparison to how cold it is here.
