yes the little effer is in bedroom for usual evening nap b4 going back to World to lay waste to everything around 4am lol not disturbing it. has taken to sleeping under bed. guess cos I have fan on when I sleep. I put a folded blanket under the bed tonite @Glisten  yes gut not done anything last 7 hours touch wood, but that was after meds.

I managed to join local gym. its a bit on lame side, but way better than anything ive got here. I was hoping they had a stairclimber and phps a back bench where legs held leanforward fm waist and , well best thing ever for my back besides swimming lol
