Really? @Former-Member you have a sanding/sandpaper phobia? 😇 That is fascinating. What is it that you don’t like? You don’t have to answer that question.

I’m only asking because I have a compulsion to remove paint, especially gloss paint, from wood.

The only valid use of paint is walls, ceiling, doors and MDF. Chipboard is evil and it hurts my hands.

I totally agree with you about take away food and even some restaurant food. It never looks trustworthy. I also have a meat texture sensitivity.

For example my friend who is a retired obstetrician, I was telling her that I can’t eat a pork chop. Because the grain of the meat 🥩 looks almost identical to human muscle. She said that I was totally correct ✅ and it was the same reason why she can’t eat pork 😆

@Glisten it's the feeling of it and the sound it makes, it sends shivers through me and makes my tongue go numb. It's also the same touching walls or ceilings, paper, toilet paper, cotton balls, chalkboards and chalk. Yeah I'm a bit special 😂. But that's just one of my many quirks. Oh I also can't handle when my hands are dry, cos it makes me feel icky and I can't even touch myself. 

I can't eat pork either but not so much for that reason, it just makes me sick.

I can’t stand having unmoisturised skin.

I can’t handle having hot feet in bed.

I hope I can wake up early enough to do Bo Derek braids in Lenny’s mane and tail for a riding lesson at 7:30am.

Hot feet in bed is horrible.
