just slept in a bit here @Meowmy  so guess slept ok,.thanks lol.

No much of anything on here today 37 deg again, but cool ish so far

got ingrown face hair again looks, something I pick at and cant fix lol

Back has mostly settled down, touch wood

nee food here , got bread and frozen veg, about it lol not even proper cheese, ha

guess get some salami or something. no deli dept at supermkt here. maybe go to bigtown early tomorrow or friday and get some silverside lol. 

Worked out how to take new meds (cannot eat for an hour after taking it) I take it when I wake up during night, so no clock-watching can I eat/have coffee yet, like yest lol

Cricket was a joke @StuF  just followed score online. guess thats the end of australia now ok yes, it is. its India (cheats) vs winner of SAF and NZ lol
