Just back from a late afternoon walk.  The air was nice and crisp. Enjoyed the pace. Still meditating around midday and early morning energy practices. Theres an online yoga studio on this full moon which is free. Am really looking forward to it.  Hey @Glisten don't forget the full moon this week for burning that letter of yours. Be careful with your back @StuF I used to work in disability care with clients that had muscular dystrophy and they expected us to lift them without a hoist. Muscular dystrophy folk are a bit like a dead weight unfortunately. They should have had occ-health practices in place but there weren't. I think the story would be different now

Hi guys, didn’t do anything today. Went to the bank last two days as I am having my car serviced and the air conditioning looked at tomorrow and I don’t know what it will cost.

The mechanic is a friend and I trust him not to rip me off. Thats the reason I am taking the car to him. Problem is that we don’t know what’s wrong with the air conditioning till they look at it
