@Bill16 so you're in WA too, awesome! I kinda wish we didn't have to remain anonymous, I need a decent plumber who won't rip me off!

The company that installed my new hot water system quoted one price (they came out and assesed the job to be done) and the bill was almost twice the quote. They also left the job unfinished for several days because they didn't arrange for the electrician to come out and  install an exterior power point. At least they didn't charge a call out fee!

@TAB yes I did notice in Money Magazine that investing in disability housing is going to be a real boom. Don't know how that works but that is what I read.
