@TAB I just used a whole beetroot which I sliced then baked in foil then put though a food processor.  Ah well gym can wait. See how you go tomorrow. Honestly I don't know how I keep putting myself out there every day. Have been enjoying switching my morning meditations normally to midday instead. Its been good. Not much else to report here. Just cold weather. They have been doing the house up over the road. They put in a ramp, so its either a disability investment property or for someone elderly perhaps. We shall see.  Its been vacant for 6 months or more. But workmen there every morning at 7am now. Sometimes I will take out my seat and greet the morning sun and they are there allready TAB. Well might hoof off for now. Take it easy. I hope you have a good nights rest 🙂

hey @Bill16 not a lot here mate, just took out the tree stump to the tip, gave mum a haircut and had to fix up my seedlings as cats knocked them over last night.

sounds like govt or church may own the house @Former-Member  was a lot of rental housing for disadvantaged in street where I lived 2000 -2007 ish in adelaide. i was govt, some places where church etc
