@Bill16  I did this under a year ago for the hell of it. 

was around $260 off top of my head. 10 years min now.

think if havent had one b4 or expired over certain period need to do in person. 

I did it online, but only because had a old passport after a certain date.

can pay extra to get sooner.

I had stuff up w mine, rang them, they re-set online form, put it in again and had in like 10 days from ringing them.

think had to get things certified, but it you have to go to immigration anyway should not matter
