.. I tried getting off meds/changing them/getting better ones @Former-Member  simple thing is my metab no good for whatever reason, am sedentary, food is main pleasure in life etc etc

you would have seen a lot of it in the plumbing game @Bill16 , is my first time doing anything with asbestos, i just finished a asbestos safety course and got 95% so im feeling ok to work with it.

Yeah have taken asbestos roofs down and replaced them with colorbond @Jacques full suit and breathing apparatus,had to wrap the azzy in black plastic
