lots of you have really been affectedby with  this heat to from reading all my friends posts, hopefullywe all will get some relief over the night and be ready for it again tomorrow.

Got my son to set up the old smart watch that can take BP and I can log it, and hook it up to my phone, so if it happens again hopefully I'll have a record of it to show hospital. Relieved I'm home

@SmilingGecko didn't know about the caffeine until my son's girlfriend told me, I love the Mother energy drinks and usually have 1 a day, but will not have them anymore and cut down on soft drink

@tonys I've set up sleeping in the lounge room now to, after your suggestion

GP told me years ago some chemists rent out BP machines if you cant afford on. I got basic model Omron around $70 chemist warehouse only the ones that record stuff are dearer again. Hope you're asleep.

Still 24deg here 0650am 38 today then 37 and 38 not same as 41 big difference. Just waking up. Going to bigtown soon didn't feel up to it yest. Bought lots cheap motor oil need to pick up within 5 days as bulky else 3 wks for small stuff lol

Those energy drinks are loaded with caffeine @saturnzoon they may give you energy but at a cost. Please read this and talk to your GP about it for their opinion:

I slept well too @TAB thankfully. I had a shower in the early evening yesterday before sleep as I felt hot and sticky. Its a cooler day today Wheeee! Got to get out to the chemist and buy some meds while the weather is fair.  It will be nice hopping on the bus and going for an outing. Will get into the garden and do some weeding later today.  Will have to leave household tasks until tomorrow
