@Historylover It was not very long about 30 minutes to an hour going by memory. Mine was held at Hospital and the tribunal came to meet me there. Its not intimidating but I did get nervous prior to the event. They are quite conciliatory and understanding they just want the situation to work out for all parties concerned.
I don't know what your other situation is but it sounds quite bad but yeah talking about paranormal things won't get you far. That happened to the person I mentioned to you. Just stick to basics. Adding fluff will only confuse and confound people so just focus on what you are there for - medicine compliance.
