Re: Good Morning!

Yes I have had a dust problem once and after they cleaned it all out my computer worked @TAB

This week I tried to download an upgrade on my computer and there were two competing downloads that slowed the computer down and stopped pages uploading. It was a real nuisance.

You tube would not play, could not download songs onto my ipod, could not pay the farm for my produce, and could not read the online newspaper.

So he had to uninstall the download and start from scratch. Just glad I got my computer back but wasn't expecting it to cost so much money.

Usually he does remotely using Team Viewer but the glitch in my computer would not allow remote so there was a call out fee and he was here for 45 minutes

Re: Good Morning!

Yes I know but could have done without it @StuF but it will come off my credit card.  Have had worse expenditures regarding my computer. But just glad its fixed. Could have done without it

Re: Good Morning!

i got a quote site unseen from ok a chain computer place for like $200 just to clean computer, they claimed they would re -glue the heatsinks I said its only 3 years old , so doubr would need it, they said oh that what we do, we do it properly so wont be going to them, will try other places, had forgotten about it @SmilingGecko

Re: Good Morning!

@TAB Its so hard on a pension. I also had to pay a healer. Felt so much better after a session. Was having insomnia and interupted sleep due to night sweats. Thought I had resolved the problem.

After yesterdays healing session I fell asleep even with the light on in my room and with reverse aircon set on high heat! I've never fallen asleep with a light on and in high temps. Must have slept 4 hours which was really welcome.

Has been very difficult over the past few months and having broken sleep.  Thought it was due to drinking cocoa but its still going weeks after I stopped drinking cocoa.

Had menopause at 47 so that was 8 years ago so no sweats since then up until now. Have to get tests done with GP to try and resolve it. So the healing session got me into a better sleeping pattern last night which was fantastic as I wasn't feeling very good

Re: Good Morning!

I cant have cocoa b4 bed, makes my hyper @SmilingGecko

thats good re healer

Re: Good Morning!

@TAB I don't drink caffeine after 12noon otherwise it keeps me up too. Don't know what the cause is but its really difficult to manage these hot flushes and sweats. May be thyroid idk. Got to get it checked out

Re: Good Morning!

Understood @TAB  🙂

I think it’s a bit different to how it used to be some years ago…we used to work in clinics attached to sleep laboratories, where patients/clients would come to get the full gamut of no-gaps-in-service-delivery support.
sorry it hasn’t been quite that for you 🌺

I hope you have a good arvo 🙂

Re: Good Morning!

just relating my experience @Former-Member  dont think was anything technical at this place. prob not being objective as did not work for me, but there you are

Re: Good Morning!

back in the 00's I would ask GP for vitamin shots after telling them an a alocholic. they would give them. could not get in WA . was taboo. got told to go to compounding pharmacist and ask a nurse to do it for me. then would ring back and they would deny ever having said that.. then in kalgoorlie, same thing, ask dr so they send me for blood tests, oh your levels fine (?) yet here when had AF and was asked to go to back to GPs then had to stay in hosp over night, not an eyelid batted. heres your [medication name removed] and heres a B1 shot (to protect against alcohol withdrawals) ..respect to my new GP. @SmilingGecko

so what was my point ? i would say i have both thyroid and testorone probs, but they do blood tests and see readings barely in normal range , so wont do anything ...

Re: Good Morning!

Thyroid tests have a wide range @TAB you can still have thyroid problems even though it does not come up on the tests.

That is what I have learned from reading an alternate book on thyroid. The healthy range is so big even though you have severe symptoms. GP care is only basic and doctors know it!!!

I was told to exercise with chronic fatigue problems but had to detox my blood before I had energy to do anything. My GP said chronic fatigue is something doctors don't recognise.  So I had to live with it with no answers coming from the profession. Just got demoralising advice.

Had to go elsewhere. Might just listen to a thyroid audio for the time being
