Re: Daily Achievements!

Hi all our many forum friends I'll be getting up to make coffee and eat — take meds — read books — take a phone call from a care support company I re-joined — socialise offline — put Netflix on and fall asleep all night. Rinse and repeat tomorrow! I've also got online grocery shopping up and running again! Don't know why I rejected it for 3 months I'm a d―—head sometimes.

Re: Daily Achievements!

Good on you @Judi9877!

Re: Daily Achievements!

Hahaha! @TAB at least your place will be a lot cleaner now! Yep, it's funny how this happens, you realise what needs to be done when you know you're getting visitors especially tradies. Has happened with me too. OOPS lol! Hey, I don't care either haha! But either way, it's good to declutter and you seem to be making progress either way. My problem is with piles of laundry. This is slowly improving. I hope your work situation is ok @TAB. I don't know who else works on here (too many people to remember, sorry), but in any case I hope work is going well/getting sorted, depending on job situations and other circumstances.

Re: Daily Achievements!

I did food delivery once, was like xmas putting stuff im carport lol @Codex1 but some things just couldn't order seems like bbq chicken, plus some other things not avail seems
History says place will be a mess again soon. Still got more tidying to go first though

Re: Daily Achievements!

yesterday my achievements were:
- drafted up my email for resignation
- organised my tasks for the week for my work placement
- did some work and organised things for that (even though it is hurting me)
- saw a uni friend for some dinner

Re: Daily Achievements!

I spoke to my potential support coordinator today, Mable Support, and soon will speak to a potential support worker. After that I am logging off and having a big sleep after I've eaten. I'll be off of these forums until tomorrow because I need a big rest and a bit of a relax all to myself after months of horrrrrrible stress and uncertainty.

Re: Daily Achievements!

This is awesome @Judi9877 I think it's good to take care of yourself. You need to look after you first. Your psych sounds really supportive! It's good you spoke to your sister. Hopefully your mental health improves now! You're doing well with getting through your challenges. Knitting seems to be working for you! I hope you continue with it and also your routines for resting and relaxation, safe practices for you.
