Re: Battles

@rav3n hopefully it will help at least.

Yes i get to chat with them but unfortunately not before acting on my urges but these things happen sometimes.

Love the blue theme idea.

Oh I wish I could share about my car but safety issues prevent me. Let's just say it's not all it's 'quacked' up to be 😂. So my car is very much decked out.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy ohh that rough but i'm glad you're okay. it's definitely hard with the urges, you're only human after all, sending you some extra love and hugs 💙

hehe thank you!! oo yes you're safety is important so no stress at all, and i'm so intrigued haha.

Re: Battles

@rav3n those urges just got a bit too much for me. Got my colouring in front of me now. Thankyou ❤️.

Haha i mean it's getting close to that point 😂. Even my plate matches my theme 😉. I so wish I could share more but I fear I'm being watched so I'll leave it at that. Do wish my safety wasn't such a big concern at the moment.

Re: Battles

Hello @Ru-bee, having a bit of a rough moment right now. I'm waiting for my doctors appointment and having a panic attack after what happened last time when I was here.

I'm sitting right here with you @Dreamy squeezing your hand

Are you able to slow your breathing and try to bring the air all the way into your stomach before slowly letting it out?

Re: Battles

Thanks @Ru-bee ❤️.

That's something I wasn't able to do at that time. It got too much for me and I fainted, feeling very ashamed right now. Not sure how I'm supposed to get over the anxiety over going there now.
