@Faith-and-Hope - what is with this weather here in the West! Walked out of office and it is windy and raining. Hope it stops later when I go to walk to my car. 

@Shaz51 - how are you feeling? Did you get hold of the nurse specialist? 

Just had a coffee. It was free as well. Between 2-3pm the coffee shop near my work does a coin toss. You guess if it is heads or tails. Guess right and your coffee is free....so no complains from me

no I didn`t get hold of the nurse specialist again , so i am going to leave it until i have the blood tests and send it to the kidney specialist xx

I am ok. Still haven't slept well as been having those coughing fits 😑 Weather in Perth aint helping with the cold winds etc! Got tennis tonight and am going to go and hope i will not be running much. Don't want cancel and let my team down given they won't be able find replacement at this late hour! Power on I will!!!!
