I am watching a sea gull wandering around looking for food I suppose @tyme it doesn’t seem to have a care in the world.

Precisely @Eve7 . And you know what? When they fly up high, people, and the houses are live in, are so so small in insignificant to them. Yet while we are in our houses, we struggle and struggle and struggle.
I wonder what the birds (and gulls) think of us?

Hey @Eve7 , I'm thinking about you. Hope the beach was healing for you and that you are okay.

Thank you @tyme the beach was helpful.
I saw pdoc this morning and it was a super heavy session but it was good if that makes sense. I was able to unload a lot and she explained lots about my diagnosis and why I dissociate so much.
How are you?

I'm so glad that the beach was helpful as well as the psych session. It sounds like when you understand why things are, it sort of helps to know that things aren't going "wrong". Is that fair to say? @Eve7
It reminds me of my relationship with mindfulness. I hated it until I understood the why and how.
As for my day, things have been pretty good. I can't complain 🙂

I sobbed in her office @tyme but she was really kind. I don’t usually do that but once I started I couldn’t stop oh well.
Im glad your day was good.
