Yes @NikNik I am probably one of the old(er) brigade in more ways than one.  What do I have to do to become a 'Community Elder'?  A while back I was asked to step up for a role I don't now remember the name of, but at the time I wasn't up to it as I was embroiled in a battle to get access to the NDIS.  I'm now out the other side of that, successfully, at long last (1 1/2 years)  and would happily step into any role SANE offered me.  Would love to hear your thoughts on this before you go.  Maybe email me if it's not appropriate here.   Lots of love and gratitude xx
