Re: Tabaluga's

well I tried to help them by saying open a new bank account @Meowmy  they arent making much sense. prob best to leave them be for a bit. at least if dole doesnt go straight to debt company then will have $, ok no power , gas or water, but hey, thats 1st World problems lol

Re: Tabaluga's

bit hard to reason w someone whos in that situation @StuF  their son and partner are going bust from business as well, but one of them has a good job as fall back and they might have money left over after having to sell house. plus they should be paying rent. they dont mention that , just oh am sick of so many pets in house, going mad etc

cant see how they would keep house which rent is prob more than dole, ok they said today have $100 to live on a fortnight after bill deductions. not sure it really matters have extras cover or insurance for eff noes what when about to be living in a bush. sick of saying best to start acting now, will make it easier, ie get rid of pets, not their fault, get rid of anything out of house cant carry, bet they still have at least 2 bigscreen tvs eg

not mentioned caravan park in a while but thats prob only realistic option oh cant do that  ..after few nights in a bush you might think differently who knows

Re: Tabaluga's

well they have one friend w house who lives near them, has sons, but sounds like stepping on each others toes . yeah once someone said oh youll end up in capark and I was like no way but spent years in them. was what it was  easy to picky, harder to be positive @StuF  i was in way worse situations in share houses and boarding houses than caravans plus didnt want to be tied to a rental as wasnt affordable on dole even 20 years ago

Re: Tabaluga's

I've always been lucky in that regard @TAB

Reminds me of the saying going round at the moment, "Most of us are 3 Bad months away from homelessness...none of us are 3 Good months away from being a billionaire"
