@TAB its manageable weather here and cool indoors. Just got my meds delivered from the extras insurance company. was due for weight drug today, also decided to delay new heart med to tonight so can be asleep during any effects, ok barely noticeable now. anyway  had 3 BMs in a row #2 and 3 full diarrhoea. perhaps related ? took meds for it anyways, prob dehydration as well.
