been for w al k already ,did for tee minus six 00 steps @StuF @Meowmy  nearly got rained on. pinched junkmail, stuffed chicken carcass in neighbours green bin (in compostible bag) and put my bin out . house still hot. very humid

Hard to sleep even with a/c @Meowmy either noisy cold or too warm if turn off after cooled down

not even energy to make breakfast let alone eat it, so bigtown is out. just watching tv. hot again, just less heat and more humidity lol sitting in a/c had hydralite and vitamins

..cannot even face a coffee...

@Meowmy Peppermint can have very cooling properties. Why not have it chilled with ice, you don't want anything hot. Chrysanthemum tea is the same and very cooling and refreshing when chilled. The chinese love drinking this tea over summer. Much better than dehydrating effects of soft drinks. I used to buy Yeo's brand chrysanthemum tea but I think it has fructose or corn syrup or sugar in it. You can get from any Asian store or Amazon. I will have to make my own these days because it could spike my blood sugar with the sweeteners they use in it but its a lovely refreshing drink.
