Re: Tabaluga's

Thats good @StuF

I used to struggle waking up in the morning for years until I went ahead and did colonics.

I think thats a big factor why folks have difficulty getting their mojo on especially on some psych meds that cause salinity in their plumbing works!

Its hard living with that on a day to day basis

I did it under naturopathic supervision years ago but wouldn't dare do it now with diabetes.

All kinds of health factors come into play so its best to approach it with healthy caution.

Have heard of cross contamination at colonic clinics and scientists stealing patents for DIY magnesium oxide colonic cleanses putting peoples lives at risk.  Its a bit of the wild west in healing.

Have seen one company I knew of that was respected, descend into outright unethical practices possibly to stay economically afloat in a competitive industry

I do know of a man that runs a supplement testing lab in the USA and he says theres so much supplement fraud everywhere the public just does not know. Most of the supps are full of fillers. They put 1% of the product in there and fill it with 99% fillers which can potentially cause you health problems with a 100% profit margin.

Thats why I don't recommend healing

Just work with your body's basic rhythms and be self compassionate and tolerant. Living on psych meds and living the psychiatric lifestyle is not for the faint of heart StuF. You got this far

I was just lucky I knew people in the relevant industries who safeguarded my healing process but yes its hard getting going in the morning, granted
