Re: Tabaluga's

Yes I did resistance bands and more stretches this morning. It really took the edge off how i was feeling @TAB I'm making a habit of doing stretches every day now. Feels sooo good.

I think with the solar activity this year there will be worse space weather like solar flares, coronial mass ejections and solar winds hitting the earths atmosphere. We are in what is called a "solar maximum" year so everything is heightened with greater solar activity from the sun.

Solar activity affects humans negatively. Its a relatively new science of heliobiology. I was wondering how I'd manage to cope apart from checking the schummans resonance each day if I felt off. But I just drink water, meditate and stay earthed with my grounding mat lol

Oh well ho hum we're here now!!!

Shout out to @Meowmy hope youre still out there rowing your stone canoe like we all are right now. It gets a bit like that

Re: Tabaluga's

yeah , bit of a luxury @StuF  re fire. just havent got used to cold again yet.

Digging around in wood pile made me realise theres stuff just dumped there months ago and left  and forgot about like a ladder got out to put blinds up, aircons that took covers off and cleaned and never put back together etc, piles of food scraps was going to rake up but never bought rake and just kept adding to it etc lol.. tarpaulins lying pointlessly on ground, when could be keeping wood dry ... made in china table mad 'mate' drove here all the way from sydney has nearly collapsed as made of chipboard and glue getting soaked out in the weather, its sagged 3 inches in middle and is bow-legged now lol

Re: Tabaluga's

Hello @StuF @TAB wrapped in electric throw. All cozy and warm in this chilly weather. Got to get a few things done today. Not feeling quite up to it. Brought crystals in from last nights new moon. Have a huge amethyst specimen which I soaked in salt water and put out last night. Its now in my room. Woke up early. Was able to catch the sunrise. It will get my melatonin going tonight. Just grateful I am warm. Got to check my gas bill on Friday, may have a tidy little bonus for overpaying my bill.  But yes its freezing in Melbourne 13 degrees now brrrr

Re: Tabaluga's

Morning guys

STA to victor harbour was ok until one came down with covid on the Saturday tested positive after having Massages on Friday she started with head cold then positive Saturday apparently the massage with the toxins brought it on, so she stayed at the house and we travelled to victor 7 of us in the van so we have to test if we start showing symptoms on Sunday we had to test and the rest of us were negative cause I've just had it couple weeks ago I should be ok.

We were able to go on the big duck seal tour boat which took us to seal Island and was able to see some of them and didn't know it's the only place in Australia that had the tiger one I think they said and endangered species.
