Re: Tabaluga's

Thats great to hear @TAB I'm looking into slicing my budget a bit more and make bone broth for collagen instead of buying a supplement. It works out cheaper. idk about some of these supps anyway 1% actual content and 99% fillers! Was told that by separate industry insiders. I bought a supp with good reputation but too much per month. Would love to do it myself though and support a local farm. Will start doing it soon. Have been just taking it slowly today. May go off and do some stretches soon to ease my ill-feeling surrounding this eclipse. Tomorrow should be better. No eclipses again until later on in the year. So maybe the dust may settle for a while. Will break up the stagnant energy in the house with my feng shui bells tomorrow. It will clear the energy around me after this heaviness. A bit of an energy detox for the house.  Just rest up and don't place demands on yourself. The average person has been heavily affected by this eclipse. Off to do some stretches for now

Re: Tabaluga's

Hello @TAB yes! I buy my meat from an organic farmer normally but buy cheap mince. The rest are too pricey but they do sell bones in bulk. So next time I buy meat will get some bones in my order. That is what I was told to do from an article I read to go organic with bones. They don't seem to sell them anymore anyway at large supermarkets. I would have to buy carcasses in the past from Lennards as nobody did home-made broth anymore
