It's the same for me @Gibbs , it took me awhile to give myself access to the Same forums because apart from listening to music and giving music theory lessons to my disabled students, many of whom don't have much access to the outside world, I don't go online a lot, and I've usually got rehearsals or stuff to practise, or housework to do.  Sane is a great forum for getting and giving support, and being able to chat about our experiences and know that we're safe.

I've just played my euphonium for half an hour @Gibbs .  The embouchure is very different from trumpet, you have to use your lip muscles in a very different way as they're not so supported by the mouthpiece, they have to operate independently and strongly.

Headache refusing to go away. It is by no means a Bad one...but it is putting me off the xbox. And it's not like the xbox is at all time sensitive
