@tonys I honestly I've learnt to just deal with it. I woke up feeling pretty lightheaded and deal with a ton of fatigued and brain fog. Afternoons are not my favourite either, I feel all my blood flow goes to my gut, I don't even eat big meals, do not even have a good appetite to be honest.

I hope today has been going well for you. I've had a very unproductive day so far, I feel like I ought to do some laundry at least if nothing else
