@rav3n next tuesday was the earliest one that they've got so i wanted to do it next week instead of waiting for like a few weeks time to get into it, otherwise it'll drive my anxiety and stuff like crazy if i waited haha 😛

haha yep, the waiting can be hard hey! @Blackcloud are these placements more 'observational' where you watch how other crisis supporters work?

@rav3n it's online, and no, its more like you have to use your crisis supporting skills to actually interact with clients real-time through the webchat, as well chatting with your supervisor throughout your shift too. we don't get to see how other crisis supporters work, but yeah.
