Re: Eating disorder care plan
I'm really scared about getting a dietitian. I'm scared of how much I'll have to eat. And my dr wants to bring in my fear foods. I have to eat one this week and I'm terrified. Like how do I even start.
@greenpea I'm really anxious about recovery. I've never had proper or targeted ED treatment before and I don't know if I can go it.

Re: Eating disorder care plan
@The-red-centaur Hey The-red-centaur you can definitely do this :). I know it will be hard going but you have proven yourself to be strong with your stay in hospital etc. Just take it step by step and try and have faith in yourself. We are all with you on this journey. Love peaxxx

Re: Eating disorder care plan
@The-red-centaur no I can't because it isn't enough and I have been looking for a psychologist for literally 7 years now, they either don't accept the referral or end up saying they can't treat me because my mental illnesses are too severe and complex. Don't know about where you are, but where I am service eligibility is based on the severity, persistence and complexity of your mental illness/es, and where I live the only actual service for people like me who are diagnosed with the severe and complex kind is a psychosocial program. I don't need social support and I'm not interested in socialising or social activities so that's not appropriate for me.
My GP and I have tried finding private care for me but I am on DSP and can't afford it, of the few I have been sent to who bulk billed, they ended up doing the same thing as public ones do, so yeah. I'm used to not having any treatment. Nothing works for me. I've tried everything available.
