HI @eth
That is a huge amount to be growing in one garden - well done - I am not good at it - I appreciate it when people are
My daughter has a fantastic garden - I haven't asked her if she is growing vegetables atm but she is working at it - her job is in a nursery and she is a horticultural adviser and normally it's landscaping and she advises what to grow where and atm they are selling vegetable seedlings that are ordered on line and they are flat out busy doing everything from getting the stock in and sending it out on the phone or emails - I'm really glad she is still working
I'm really glad you are able to do all this gardening with and for your family

@Owlunar it's still a lot of trial and error here, tho' bro and sil have been doing it for a lot longer. I'm still getting used to the seasonal changes being so pronounced and different here from my many years in the tropics.
How great that your daughter is still working and in such a helpful profession. I think you've said before that she helps with your garden too ... ?

Yes @eth
She does help with my garden - I have a small courtyard with a lot of things growing in pots - no herbs or vegies atm - I need new pots and potting mix - and I need her to set the seedlings for me but she has been too busy at work and home and social distancing is a problem - but the garden looks fine right now.
She has had a good professional life from the time she started work when she was 16 when she did an apprenticeship and has worked consistently since - taking time off to have my grand-daughter then returning to work when the little one went to school - she has been modernating her knowledge the whole time and now she is a senior member of a small business and I am really proud of her - she has done well

Pretty well thanks @Mazarita Was meant to do a couple of things 10-12 and 1-2 but both cancelled. So I spent a bit longer than planned here on the forums, which seemed to go well. Working on forming and following a daily routine at the behest of psychologist, psychiatrist and support worker. And it does feel better for me to have actually structured it and written it rather than just having guidelines in my head. Didn't get the coles order done yet but tomorrow morn will be just as good.
How has your day been?

@eth making a new routine during this time sounds good for you. That way you can maintain good habits developed since you've had the NDIS support, and continue forward momentum.
Today I've been doing pretty much what I've been doing day after day, which is pretty much nothing. But I'm in a pretty good mood and still feel better than I have recently. Spoke to the friend I went overseas with last year, on the phone with her in Adelaide. That was good.
I also finally made a new appointment for my psychiatrist. I kept forgetting it in my dazed and confused state. Finally wrote it in my diary, and that did the trick of getting the job done. Yesterday I sent an email about some film stuff. I haven't been doing any of these admin things lately, so starting to do even one in a day is a step forward.

Hey @Mazarita at least your mood is sounding fairly positive. Glad to hear it. Def no need to put pressure on yourself. I imagine you needing to rest a lot between physical health and sleep needs. But I agree that getting one thing done each day is a great step to be taking. Do you have to wait long to see your psychiatrist? Mine is doing it by phone now and bulk billing for it so it's actually not costing me what was previously at least $100 gap fee. I had a good talk with her last Wednesday. And have just had it confirmed that my psychologist will be able to do our last session tomorrow. Must give that some thought tonight. I told her I'd make notes and I haven't.
I'm accepting that maintenance is the best I can aim for at the moment (as in not going backwards) - trying to let go of obsessing over lost forward momentum. Tomorrow will be a real challenge saying bye for now to my psychologist after 2 1/2 years. I've made more progress with her than any other therapist ever. Just have to hang on to that.
