Re: Battles

@RiverSeal glad to hear you are good. How frustrating though when it comes to the neighbours, I've had that issue with some of mine when they blast music all night and you can hear the bass through the whole neighbourhood. Hope you enjoyed the dawn service.

Hope you have a good weekend 😊.

Re: Battles

@peacelily just really trying to stay connected. So overwhelmed by my thoughts, feelings and emotions racing through me. I've reached out to crisis services and been let down. I haven't been able to sleep cos I'm having such vivid flashbacks, I can see and feel things happening to me all over again. I'm struggling to stay in the present moment, i don't know what's real and what's not anymore.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy  I hear you and it can be very valuable to reach out to crisis services . However if you are feeling unsafe i do advise you reach out .  And yes  very frightening not knowing what is real or not . What are some self soothing strategies you could  try as i hear sleep is not coming right now

Re: Battles

@peacelily reaching out to crisis services is doing more harm than good at the moment. I've been trying to listen to music, watch a TV show, colouring, I had a shower, a drink, I was doing my puzzle. But I'm just getting angry and frustrated at myself cos nothing is working then it just leaves me wanting to hurt myself.

Re: Battles

@Dreamy sounds like you have been trying and doing alot and i hear frustration can be very painful and difficult to be with .
