Hello @AuntGlow, today has been a bit rough. I've had a headache since i woke up this morning and even after pain relief it's just not easing. I keep finding myself getting overwhelmed and then struggling to slow things down. I've been sitting doing my puzzle and listening to music while keeping connected here.
