Well not too bad @Shaz51 gonna play some Pokémon go today lol there's a special event in the game so might try and see how that goes counts as exercise in these lockdown times I suppose.

There are many mornings and even whole days that I do not feel gratitude!  Maybe even weeks moinths and years ...lol .... that it did not occur to me, but eventually I found myself smiling again and quietly enjoying small moments.  A half-smile meditation practise helped me move .... into experiencing more positive feelings.

Pyjama day here @frog  👋 as I work on uni projects.  Good for dozing off on the couch due to lack of sleep ..... lol.
