So... I still don't have a solution for you - but the company who provides this forum platform have some questions to help get to the bottom of it:
1) What browser are you using? (for example, if you are using an iphone, usually Safari is the default)
2) What operating system does your phone have (for example, if you're using an iphone, you can go to "Settings" "General" "Software update" where it will tell you which version you're up to - so mine says iOS 10.2)
They have also suggested to clear cookies and the cache. I can assist you with that if I know which operating system you're using.
Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this! Apologies again!

And @NikNik now that you have my brain in problem solving mode I just tried accessing the desktop site from my browser and can get in that way too whilst on my phone and signed in 😃

@Faith-and-Hope I also forgot to say that once the new updates of ios10 came in I have had no more issues with my mail on my iPad. I'm not sure if you ended up updating or not but mine is back to normal. 💜🤗

Could you test that thread a couple of times and take a screen shot of the different error messages and email us team@saneforums.org?
Or if it's tricky to take screen shot, just note down the different error numbers?
